Jonathan Levin began his real estate career in 1998 as the Project Manager for a 900 acre residential real estate development in Amelia Island, Florida. During his time managing this project he became an expert in land development, working with federal, state and local environmental, building, planning and zoning agencies, as well as managing a team of 10 full time employees and dozens of contractors. When the project was finished, Jonathan decided to move back home to Michigan and resume his real estate career with Max Broock Realtors in Birmingham, Michigan. Here Jonathan learned the real estate business from the buying and selling side of it and was hooked. Winning numerous sales awards during his 6 years at Max Broock, Jonathan decided it was time to explore other avenues and left Max broock for a smaller "boutique" agency where he could be more independent and expand his goals. He was introduced to Vision Realty Centers by his long time friend and college soccer teammate, Ian Whitelaw. His time at Vision Realty Centers was a great experience and gave he and Ian the time and freedom to expand their sales base and works toward the ultimate goal of opening their own brokerage. Jonathan has been licensed in Michigan since 2003 and is currently a real estate broker.

Ian Whitelaw took a different yet very impressive road to get to where he is today. Ian is a results oriented sales and operations
executive with over 17 years experience of real estate, operations, and sales management. With an extensive history of exceeding stretch business plans and a proven ability to use strong analytical and decision making skills to identify process deficiencies to
help improve key performance areas. As an executive with Hertz, Ian was responsible for the site selection, lease negotiation, facility design and building of 138 Hertz locations in support of strategic business plan for growth in five states. Ian also managed the day to day activities of sales, operations, and customer service. This experience gave Ian the passion and expertise needed to be successful in the real estate industry. Since he began to pursue real estate full time in 2008 with Vision Realty Centers (licensed since 2002), he has significantly increased sales each year. Ian is also the founder of Whitefish Worldwide, a real estate consulting company.
